Case: Mahogany case with boxwood and inlaid stringing . Rope-twist columns to hood and trunk. Corinthian capitals to trunk. Fretted pediment.  
Dial: 12.5" breakarch painted dial with moonphases to the arch, seconds and date.

Movement: 8 day. Hourly (rack) striking.  
Maker: Harris D (David) recorded 120, High St. 1841-46.  
Date: Circa 1845.  
Height: 90", 229cm.
