|Case||A good, octagonal, mother of pearl inlaid, rosewood case with carved detail to the “ears”, visible pendulum aperture, lockable “trapdoor” to the “roll to the wall” base panel and opening side doors.Pierced metal sound fret to top of case.|
|Dial||12” round painted dial with black Roman chapters signed Hilton Halifax, twin winding holes and blued cut steel hands.Heavy cast brass bezel with silvered sight ring.|
|Movement||Good quality twin fusee movement with anchor escapement hourly ( rack ) striking on a single bell.|
